These terms govern your use of Gavito, provided by Gavito Technologies (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Gavito, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you use it for.
The service
Gavito lets businesses connect their WhatsApp numbers through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform, manage customer conversations as a team, run campaigns and send invoices. Features may change as we improve the service.
Your account
- Give accurate details, and keep your password and two-factor codes to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the members you invite to your organization.
- Tell us straight away at support@gavitotechnologies.com if you think your account has been misused.
WhatsApp and Meta’s rules
Messaging runs on Meta’s platform. By connecting a number you also agree to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. In particular, you must:
- Message only people who have agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp.
- Honour opt-out requests promptly.
- Use approved message templates outside the 24-hour customer service window.
Meta may charge for conversations, limit sending, or suspend numbers under its own rules. We are not responsible for Meta’s decisions or for interruptions to Meta’s platform.
Acceptable use
You must not use Gavito to:
- send spam, or messages to people who have not opted in;
- send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing or harmful content;
- infringe anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
- try to get into other organizations’ data, test our security without our written permission, or disrupt the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why when we can.
Your data
Your organization owns the contacts, messages and invoices it keeps in Gavito. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and message your customers. We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time, as described on the data deletion page.
Fees
Paid plans, if you choose one, are billed as shown when you subscribe. Meta’s conversation charges are separate and are set by Meta.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Gavito available and secure, but the service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using Gavito and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for an account that breaks these terms. After an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and tell account owners by email about significant changes before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
